I was never over-weight but I treated my body like a waste basket. I would stuff my face with fast fried food, ice cream, chips and double desserts without even thinking about what I was doing to myself. My actions definitely reflected on the scale and on my clothes. Not only was I gaining weight, I had zero energy. I would pant walking up a flight of stairs!
